Citizens offers a 24 hour, 7 day a week automated
phone banking and information` system. Our system
allows you to check your accounts and make transfers
between accounts. It will also give you details about
your Citizens loan(s) and allows you to check our
current savings and CD rates. All this can be accomplished
using any phone anytime, day or night!
Tellebanker will ask for your account number followed
by the (*) button, then your Personal Identification
Number (PIN) which is initially the last four (4)
digits of your SSN. You will be prompted to change
your PIN number to a four (4) digit number of your
choice-that only you know, for your protection and
security
The Tellebanker menu will guide you through a series
of selections allowing you access to your account
balances. You can also request a fax of your statement.

Tellebanker will also give you the following loan
