Jill Castilla began her banking career with Citizens Bank of Edmond in 1998. Her progression then took her to the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City where she managed multiple departments from check automation to HR for nine years. She then joined the senior management team at a Minnesota community bank. Prior to Castilla's employment at Citizens, she served in the U.S. Army and Oklahoma Army National Guard. In 2009, she rejoined Citizens and served in the positions of Chief Credit Officer, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer until 2014 when she was appointed to her current position. She
is the 4th generation of ownership and management at Citizens.
In the past year, Castilla received the Woman of the Year award by the Edmond Chamber of Commerce and was named by Independent Community Bankers Association as a top social media influencer. She is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison's Graduate School of Banking and has a Master's in Economics from the University of Oklahoma. Castilla is a recipient of the Distinguished Alumni Award from Hawaii Pacific University where she earned a BSBA in Finance. Castilla serves on the boards of directors for Oklahoma Bankers Association and Community Bankers Association of Oklahoma as well as trustee for UCO Foundation and Edmond Public Schools Foundation.
Amy Bailey, an Edmond native, has been with Citizens Bank of Edmond for more than 17 years. Bailey's experience in all areas of the bank has led her to attaining her position as Senior Lending Officer. Bailey manages the bank's business development and leads the bank's lending team. She received her Bachelor of Liberal Studies, specializing in Administrative Leadership from the University of Oklahoma, and is also a graduate of ABA's National Commercial Lending School. Bailey is also a graduate of Leadership Edmond Class XXIII. She is very active in the Edmond and Oklahoma City communities, serving the role as Board President for the Edmond Historical Society, member on the United Way's Allocation Committee, and Community Bankers Association of Oklahoma's Horizon Bankers Board of Directors. She was named by The Business Times as "20 under 40".
Chelsea Bradshaw joined Citizens Bank of Edmond in 2004. She has served in a variety of areas during her career at Citizens, including Retail, Account Services, Compliance and now her current position as Senior Vice President in Risk Management. Bradshaw grew up in Edmond, attending Edmond schools as well as the University of Central Oklahoma. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from UCO, and is also a graduate of the Graduate School of Banking at Colorado. Bradshaw is an active member in a local Edmond church and often volunteers for activities throughout the Edmond community.
Cynthia Hendershot has been with Citizens Bank of Edmond for more than 23 years and has been in the banking industry for 30 years. She is Senior Vice President and Chief Retail Officer. Hendershot manages retail banking, construction, facilities, security, marketing, and training. She has lived in Edmond most of her life and is a graduate of Edmond Memorial High School. Hendershot has a Bachelor's degree from Southern Nazarene University and graduated at the top of her class from the Graduate School of Banking at Colorado. She is a graduate of Leadership Edmond Class VIII. Hendershot is a member of PEO International, a Charter member of Edmond Summit Rotary and a Paul Harris Fellow. She serves on the boards of directors for Edmond Family Counseling and Hope for Families.
Lisa Trent began her banking career with Citizens Bank of Edmond in 1991 while attending college in Edmond at the University of Central Oklahoma. She has worked in all areas of Operations over the past 23 years and is currently the Senior Vice President of Operations managing the Account Services, Credit Administration, IT and Accounting areas. She serves as the bank's Information Security Officer and has been actively involved with Information Technology, including system research, development and implementations. Trent received her Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from UCO and is an honor graduate of the Graduate School of Banking at Colorado. She is also a graduate of Leadership Edmond Class of XIII. She is an active leader with the Girl Scouts of Western Oklahoma and volunteers frequently within the Edmond community.
