C.H. Wyatt, Jr. joined Citizens Bank of Edmond in 2009 and has been in the banking industry for 38 years. Prior to joining the bank he served as President, CEO and a Director of InterBank in Western Oklahoma for eighteen years. In addition to those responsibilities, he served for three years as an Executive Vice President and a Director of Union Bank and its division Rose Rock Bank in Oklahoma City. Both banks are owned and controlled by Olney Bancshares of Texas, a 1.6 billion dollar Bank Holding company. C.H. received his M.B.A from Oklahoma City University and is a graduate of the Southwestern Graduate School of Banking at SMU, Professional Master of Banking through The Graduate School of Banking at LSU in cooperation with Alex Sheshunoff Management Services, Inc. as well as the Bell Leadership Series held at UNC. C.H. has served as a member of the Advisory Council on Payments for the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City and is a past Director of the Oklahoma Bankers Association. He and his wife Janie have one daughter and two granddaughters.

Jill Castilla joined Citizens Bank of Edmond in 2009 and represents the fourth generation of her family to work at Citizens.  Prior to joining the bank, she served on the senior management team at Grand Rapids State Bank in Grand Rapids, Minnesota.  For nine years, Jill managed numerous departments at the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City in both the Oklahoma City and Kansas City offices.   Jill holds a B.S.B.A in Finance from Hawaii Pacific University and an M.A. in Economics from the University of Oklahoma.  Jill is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison's Graduate School of Banking and is a recipient of Hawaii Pacific University's Distinguished Alumni Award.  Jill curently serves on the Oklahoma Council on Economic Education's Board of Directors and the UCO College of Business Administration's Advisory Council.   She and her husband, Marcus, have three children.

Cynthia Hendershot has been with Citizens Bank of Edmond for 18 years. Cynthia has been in Edmond for most of her life... she's very proud to be an Edmond Bulldog! She received her Bachelor of Science from SNU, and is also a graduate of Graduate School of Banking in Colorado. Cynthia is a graduate of Leadership Edmond Class VIII. Some of her community involvements include being a member of Rotary Club of Edmond/Summit and the Edmond Chamber of Commerce. Cynthia and her husband, Robert, have one daughter.
