It is the policy of Citizens Bank of Edmond to pledge its full support to

Pursuant thereto, this policy establishes - effective immediately and
in compliance with regulations provided by the Secretary of Labor in 41 C.F.R.
Chapter 60 - an affirmative action program composed of specific steps
that will be undertaken in order to implement this policy. The Affirmative
Action Compliance Plan is available for inspection by applicants and employees
in the Human Resources department between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
Monday through Friday.
