ATM CARDS

Citizens encourages you to request an ATM card to use with your new or existing checking account. Our ATM card can be used at any of our twelve locations. For your convenience, we have an ATM machine at 124 East Sheridian in Bricktown. There is never a charge to use our ATM machines!

To request a card, visit your nearest Edmond branch and you will receive your card in about seven to ten business days.

For lost or stolen cards please call Citizens Bank Customer Service, Monday-Friday 9:00-5:00 at (405) 341-6650. For after hours assistant call 1-800-554-8969.

Citizens ATM cards are accepted wherever you see the Interlink, SCS and Plus signs or symbol.

For additional convenience and flexibility, our VISA© check card works like an ATM card and is accepted around the world at VISA© merchants. This allows you to make purchases without the hassle of writing a check; your account is debited for the amount of your purchase.
