1. Print your name and address on the form below.

2. Tear off the coupon, give it to your friend and refer Citizens Bank of Edmond's Free Checking or any other personal checking account.

3. When your friend opens a new personal checking account* with Citizens Bank of Edmond, we'll deposit $10 into your bank account and $10 into your friend's new account.

*Referred friend must be a new customer. All Citizens Bank of Edmond accounts are subject to a standard verification process and approval prior to account opening. Account must stay open for 90 days.
